Pre-Construction

Pre-Construction services are used in planning a construction project before the actual construction begins. This precon is the overall planning, coordination, and control of a project from inception to completion aimed at meeting a client’s requirements in order to produce a functionally and financially viable project.

Construction

Building construction is the process of preparing for and forming buildings and building systems. Construction starts with planning, design, and financing and continues until the structure is ready for occupancy.

Design/Build

Design–Build is a method to deliver a project in which the design and construction services are contracted by a single entity. Design–Build relies on a single point of responsibility contract and is used to minimize risks for the project owner –delivering superior results no matter the size of the project.

Facility Maintenance

Facility maintenance is work done to maintain, repair, and refresh a facility or building. It consists of a broad range of services including painting, flooring, small renovations, repairs, emergency services and other updates to keep a facility in good condition.
