At the heart of our creativity is Darden Couch, our founder and dedicated construction expert. With roots deep in the construction world, Darden had a vision: build a company where high-quality work meets a personal touch. One where communication is clear, standards are high, and every project reflects pride in ownership. He sees things that others don’t. When he looks at a client’s plans he instinctively comes up with ideas to be more efficient and save the client money. Every project is treated with the same integrity whether it is a $100,000 remodel or a $20 million+ ground up project. He looks to elevate the client experience by being proactive instead of reactive, resulting in a better build.
With over 25 years of experience, Darden knows what works, and more importantly, what could be better. That spark became Couch Group: quicker to respond, sharper on the details, and fully invested in both the project and the client experience. His sharp eye for detail, solutions-first mindset, and reputation for follow-through set the standard for the entire team. Every single person at Couch Group shares that mindset: hands-on, accountable, ready to tackle whatever the job throws their way.
